At Cosaia Threads, WE MAKE HANDMADE Goods OUT OF HANDMADE Fabric.
The procedure of generating any CT solution is of utmost treatment and unmatched craftsmanship. The complete approach is divided into 3 components.
Weaving
Our fabric is handspun, hand woven normal fiber cloth purely created out of cotton without having the use of devices. It is also traditionally acknowledged as khadi in India and has been created for centuries. The artwork of making khadi is mostly passed down by way of generations. Because of to this individuals with this skill set are difficult to locate. It also has constraints in generation. Our weavers can make about 10 metres of fabric per working day whilst a device can produce 1000's of metres for every working day. This is the reason our fabric is so unusual.
Stitching
Considering that the starting, we did not want to go to any massive manufacturing organization to make our items. We always aimed to aid the local group in India and give folks function. So we went out there, located a handful of tailors, manufactured prototypes, enhanced and ultimately commenced generating our merchandise. All our tailors hand sew CT goods sincerely with precision on their stitching machines.
Printing
We use the historic East Asian artwork of block printing on our bags. The picket blocks are carved by a neighborhood artist utilizing just a chisel and mallet. Thereafter, every single bag is printed on by dipping the block in paint and urgent it towards the bag.
